How do I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed via email, which will include your parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by Australia Post.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If after a reasonable time period you have not received your order, please contact Australia Post and provide them with the tracking number you received in your shipping email. If this does not resolve the situation you can then contact our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I track my order after it has been sent?
You may visit the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au) and insert your tracking number in the relevant field or fill in your tracking number below and click on ‘Track’.
